Volunteers needed to join Canada Day Planning Subcommittees

We have begun our planning for our annual Multicultural Canada Day event in Del Crary Park, and are looking for volunteers to assist with various aspects of planning:

a) "Green"ing of the event
This subcommittee will be working on reducing the environmental impact of the event

b) Cultural show
This subcommittee will be working with the Artistic Director to schedule the performances

c) Parade
This subcommittee will be planning the NCC's entry for the Canada Day parade

d) Fundraising
This subcommittee will be exploring alternate sources of funding for the event

e) Vendors
This subcommittee will conduct surveys with past vendors
