The New Canadians Centre Peterborough is organising a dance benefit to support the Canadian Red Cross Haitian Disaster Relief effort. Haitian dance music will be provided by DJ William BainLocation: Sadleir House Dining Hall, 751 George St. North (between Parkhill & Barnardo)

Please support the Haitian rebuilding efforts by buying a ticket (available at the NCC). If you cannot attend the dance, we are also collecting financial contributions on behalf of the Red Cross.
Any donation made to Canadian charitable organisations between Jan. 12 and Feb. 12, 2010 will be matched by Ottawa through the Haiti Earthquake Relief Fund -- which is managed by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA). CIDA will then allocate these funds to Canadian and international humanitarian and development organisations.
