Questions Regarding Tender for Graphic Design for Partnership Council

We are accepting tenders for graphic design for the Peterborough Partnership Council on Immigrant Integration. We will be listing on our blog answers to the questions potential providers have asked.

Q: What is required for the Style Guide?

A: The purpose of the Style Guide is to lay out guidelines for the Council members in terms of proper use of the logo and 'look' of the materials the graphic designer has provided. For example, how to determine the size/ colour/ position of the logo when using it in new materials such as posters that will be created in the future. It will up to the graphic designer to determine what information, and how much information is required in the Style Guide in order to ensure the integrity of their designs.


Q: In terms of the brochure (item e), is it possible to be a little more specific as to its content? If there are to be photographic images, would they be provided or would we either need to source or create?

A: We had in mind the traditional double sided three panel brochure. It would contain the main information about the Council: our mandate, our contact information, and how to become a member. In terms of how to best display this information, and the images and photographs, we would be hoping to receive guidance and suggestions from the designer. We have access to a large selection of quality photographs through our partner agencies.Our own photographs should suffice, and be most realistic, in terms of photographic content. So in terms of your quote, no need to factor in sourcing or creating photographic images.

Then come to the Money Management Workshop given by Nancy Jackson from the Credit Counselling Services of Peterborough. This workshop will teach you how to deal with money appropriately through easy lessons and tips. You can also learn about banks, interest rates, debt, and loans.
